This product visualization of a future PocketPC personal digital assistant (PDA) was created for a video called The Second Digital Revolution. As shown in the video, the two sides of the handheld design slide shut both to reduce the size of the unit, and to protect the screen, when the PDA is not in use. In 2005, the image (with a different screen display) appeared as an example of a PDA video player prototype in Cliff Wootton's book A Practical Guide to Video and Audio Compression, published by Focal Press. |
